All Sales Final

All purchases made at Drive Nutrition are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any products once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Why We Have This Policy

Drive Nutrition products are consumable nutritional supplements. For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we are unable to resell or restock any product that has left our facility.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@shopdrivenutrition.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit for verified defective items.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If the issue is unresolved, contact us at support@shopdrivenutrition.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate.
